Children's knotless appointments are for children 14 and under, with a parent or guardian dropping off and collecting at the agreed time, light refreshments during the visit, and room for a snack, tablet or quiet activity. Seniors 70 and older have their own take-down service, and a hood dryer is available for anyone sensitive to blow-dryer noise or heat. Clients who use a wheelchair can be accommodated in an accessible suite, and anyone receiving services with a Direct Support Professional must have that person present for the full appointment.
Deposits count toward the total service cost but are non-refundable, and the appointment address is sent once the deposit is received. Rescheduling needs 24 to 48 hours' notice, depends on availability and requires confirmation, and cancellations must be made two hours ahead. Business hours run Monday and Friday 1 PM to 5 PM, Tuesday 8 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday 1 PM to 5 PM, Thursday 8 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturday 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM and Sunday 8 AM to 6 PM.
