Visits are one on one and kept relaxed. Clients can expect complimentary beverages and snacks, wifi and a TV while they wait or sit through longer color sessions. Free parking is available in the lot outside the suite.

Booking is by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and is closed Sundays and Mondays. Clients are asked to give as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling, since fees apply to late cancellations and no-shows, and repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to a request to prepay future visits.

The salon is not wheelchair accessible, according to its own site, and it does not take children's appointments beyond the listed children's cut. Payment options include major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Zelle and several buy-now-pay-later services, and Affirm financing is offered on some longer services such as full highlight or balayage and platinum card.
