About

The Botox Dealer was started by Brittany Stern, who also works full-time as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner. The practice focuses on injectables and fillers, with neurotoxin used for areas from the brow and nose to crow's feet, the jaw, and the neck.

Lip services include lip filler, usually made with RHA3, and a lip flip using neurotoxin in the muscle above the upper lip. A lip flip does not add volume or correct asymmetry, so it is a different option from filler. Dermal fillers are offered for the cheeks, chin, jawline, marionette lines, nasolabial folds and under the eyes, and are typically made of stabilized hyaluronic acid. Kybella is available for the double chin, and the Vampire Facial combines microneedling with PRP.

Clients can start with a free virtual consultation. Most injection appointments take 20 to 30 minutes, within a range of 10 to 60 minutes. A topical anesthetic is usually applied, and injectable lidocaine can be offered for more invasive procedures. Neurotoxin results usually show within the first week and are full at about 10 to 14 days, while filler results are immediate with possible swelling or bruising for 5 to 7 days. Aftercare typically means avoiding alcohol, makeup, NSAIDs and exercise for 48 hours and staying upright for about four hours. Neurotoxin can be started as a preventative treatment from the mid-20s, and neurotoxin and filler are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Booking has firm rules. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, or a $100 fee and a deposit for future appointments apply. Patients must reply to the confirmation at least 48 hours ahead, and arriving more than 15 minutes late brings a $100 fee and rescheduling. No-shows are charged $150 and cannot book again. Cash is strongly preferred, card payments carry an extra service or processing fee, and Zelle and Venmo are not accepted. One guest is allowed per appointment, and children under 18 cannot enter the treatment suite.
