Changes to a booking need to be made at least 24 hours ahead, whether cancelling or moving it. Missed appointments and cancellations made late can incur a fee. Clients are asked to show up 15 minutes before their slot to complete forms. If someone arrives late, the service may be cut short, though the full reserved time is still charged. Payment is taken at the visit by card or cash, and a tip is not included in the price. Anyone under 16 needs an adult with them. Clients should share any medical conditions, allergies or injuries before a service begins, and anyone showing signs of illness is asked to book again later. Purchased gift cards and packages cannot be refunded and have to be redeemed before their validity period ends.
