The salon is open Tuesday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday from noon to 7:00 PM, and Thursday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. It is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.

The menu is grouped by how long a visit takes and what it is for. Shorter appointments cover a women's haircut, a shampoo and blowout, and a precision cut with a luxury shampoo and blowout. Longer visits include a new growth touch-up, bleaching new growth for existing platinum clients, a refresher to adjust brightness and tone between full appointments, a maintenance color session to refine dimension and balance, and a full makeover for major changes or corrective color that can run four to six hours.

For planning ahead, a consultation starting at $25 is offered for an upcoming change or special occasion. Custom services are built around budget and hair goals, with a minimum of $150, and a consultation comes first. Permanent waves start at $85 and do not include a cut, with longer hair and extra solution costing more. Bleaching beyond what a first appointment achieves is charged as an additional service. Hair extension installs and fashion colors are priced for each appointment.
