The menu takes a Korean-style approach to waxing and covers nearly every area of the body, from arms and hands to the back, legs, and intimate areas, along with a range of facial services.
Each client has a private room with soft light and a closed door. Clients text when they arrive, and Mary comes to the front to bring them in. A restroom is on site. Appointments are recommended, since walk-ins cannot be guaranteed a room.
Facials run from a quick chocolate facial for children to longer treatments. These include a European-style facial with steam and massage, a HydraFacial, and The Body Lab Signature Facial, which pairs an enzyme peel with HydraFacial extractions, hyperbaric oxygen, lymphatic massage and a collagen hydrogel mask. Products and serums are chosen for each client's skin, and many facials include red and blue LED light under a dome.
Targeted services include skin tag removal, which starts with a consultation, and a dedicated intimate skin treatment done 48 to 72 hours after a wax. Some skin growths may need medical evaluation before treatment.
Booking is online or by text, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person. Cancellation fees are $30 for a no-show and $20 for a same-day cancellation. Packages combine waxing services at a reduced price, with credits applied automatically at checkout. Hours are Monday to Friday 2 to 9 PM and weekends 10 AM to 3 PM.
Each treatment is tailored to the individual client.
