For hair, the studio is known for luxury blonding and lived-in color, along with hair extensions, blowouts, precision cuts, color refreshes, glaze and toner work, and a smoothing treatment that is not a straightening service and lasts up to five months. Makeup work centers on soft glam and event makeup. Smaller add-ons such as eye makeup and straightening or curling are also available.
Bridal is a major part of the studio. A free phone consultation of about 15 minutes is offered Monday through Thursday and can be booked, and bridal invoices go out within 72 business hours of that call. Bridal hair and makeup can be done in the salon or on location. The on-location package starts at $1,350, takes about 3.5 hours, and includes an in-salon hair and makeup trial with a dry trim, the wedding-day service at the client's location, a touch-up kit and travel within Orange County. Bridal previews are offered at the studio, and bridal-style hair and makeup for quinceañera parties is quoted on request. Wedding-day availability is not held without a non-refundable retainer, the final details questionnaire is due no later than three weeks before the date, and changes to a booked bridal service need a new request and may carry fees under the bridal agreement.
Education is another strand of the studio's work. Classes, workshops and one-on-one lessons teach clients to style their own hair and do their own makeup, with options from a $99 workshop to a $595 private group class. Memberships are also offered: the Blow Dry Club provides two blowouts a month with one upgrade, and the Root Refresh Club includes priority booking and a locked-in rate.
The studio also rents space to other professionals. Chairs are offered part time or full time and are reserved for licensed, insured professionals with an established clientele, while studio rentals can be a chair or a room.
The studio's mission is to tailor beauty services to each client's needs and build their confidence, and it teaches clients to style their own hair and makeup as well.
