The Bluffs Hair Salon

The salon is at 321 Indian Rocks Road North, Suite F, in Belleair Bluffs. It is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 AM to 6 PM and closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The stated mission is an upscale, one-of-a-kind experience, with innovative practices and integrity behind every chair. Each artist works independently and builds personalized looks around each client. According to the salon, its artists are master independent hair artists with strong expertise. Founder and director Jazmin Del Valle also works in the salon as an independent artist.

Visits include a towel service and snacks and refreshments for guests. The salon has four spacious stations and a separate room for facials and waxing. A complimentary hair extension consultation can be booked online or by phone.

Booth rental is offered at $225 per week on a month-to-month contract. Renters have 24/7 personal access, except during Monday housekeeping from 3:30 to 5:30 PM. They pay a 10% commission on salon retail sales, receive monthly advertising, and set their own hours, prices and services. A 30-day notice is required before moving out, and daily rates are available for stays of three days or less.

Each artist works independently and creates personalized looks for each client.
