The blonding menu runs from a shorter express service that places highlights around the face and across the top of the head, through partial blonding for maintenance between full sessions, to full blonding that starts with an in-depth consultation. Bleach and tone retouches refresh new root growth to match an all-over blonde, and transformative blonding is offered for dark-to-light changes, platinum looks and dimensional blondes. A separate Blonde Inspiration menu lists three named looks: ICON for high-impact blonding with precise placement, STATEMENT for full transformations, major lightening or corrective work, and MUSE for a dimensional, lived-in blonde with soft contrast and easier grow-out.

Extension services cover new installs, move-ups for clients with one row or two or more rows of extensions, and an extension consultation where hair is color matched and ordered at the same appointment. Color services include all-over color for going darker, color retouches where clients note the shade and whether grey coverage is needed when booking, and a color correction consultation.

Between visits the salon suggests timing for maintenance: highlights every 8 to 12 weeks, bleach and tone retouches every 4 to 6 weeks to prevent banding, and lived-in color that can go about 6 months to a year. Clients are asked to wait 48 hours after color before washing. Recommended home care includes a color-safe hydrating shampoo and conditioner, a clarifying shampoo every few washes, and an optional blue or purple shampoo, and the salon suggests a shower head filter to reduce chemicals and metals that can cause brassy tones.

Hair health is treated as the priority. The lightener contains a bonding ingredient and the developer is oil-based, meant to moisturize hair while it lifts.
