Clients can book online or by calling 919-612-2385. New clients need a free color consultation before booking a color appointment, and a consultation is also offered for beaded row extensions. Cancellation fees apply to consultations and bang trims. Children under 12 are not accepted for appointments.

Color work ranges from demi-permanent glosses and root coverage to highlights, balayage and low lighting, with pure pigment used for fashion shades such as blue and purple. Haircuts are done with scissors or a razor, with blow-dry and styling included. Beaded row extensions are offered as new installations or maintenance for existing clients, with a blending haircut included in new installations.

Makeup services cover event and everyday looks, with or without lashes, and one-on-one lessons where the salon supplies makeup and brushes or clients bring their own. The salon also offers a keratin treatment, a blowout, and a dart service.

The salon uses a consultation-first approach for color and longer or extension work, and works with environmentally conscious products.
