Fill timing matters at this studio. Fills should be booked within three weeks of the previous appointment, and a fill booked later is treated as a full set. An appointment is also treated as a full set if less than 40 percent of the client's lashes remain.

Booking fees secure the appointment and count toward the service. They are non-refundable, though they can be transferred once. Clients receive a text the day before with the location and instructions, and after-hours appointments are available. A complimentary aftercare kit comes with each service, and a $10 kit can be added separately. Lash removal is $25 and includes a lash bath.

The salon does not work over extensions applied by other artists. Removing another artist's work carries an additional $25 fee. A client who misses an appointment without calling must pay the full amount of that appointment before booking again. The salon describes its environment as calm and relaxing, and its extensions as luxurious.

The studio also runs a two-day, one-on-one eyelash extension course for $950. It covers application, infection control, styling, lash mapping and business management, and ends with a certification. Day two includes practice on a live model. Students receive a detailed instruction manual, a beginner's kit, lunch and lifelong mentorship.
