The chain's first European Manicure salon opened in downtown Chicago in 2018. The chain says it was among the first salons in the USA to introduce the European Manicure, and calls it the best manicure in the world.

Most of the menu is gel-based. The Gel Strengthening Overlay starts with a Russian manicure and a thin layer of gel, with a gel polish color added after, and the salon says it lasts up to 6 weeks and suits weak or damaged nails. Clients coming from DIP, acrylics or GelX can book a one-time transition to gel, which removes the old chemical nails with a manicure machine rather than acetone soaking; the next visit is a Gel Strengthening Overlay booked 4 to 6 weeks later. Gel Extensions are sculpted with gel alone, without tips, glue or acrylics.

The Russian Manicure without polish is also offered to men. The salon does not offer regular polish; color or designs are added through a Gel Strengthening Overlay. Nail designs can be added to a main service and are priced on request, and the salon can replicate almost any design a client brings in, including French and cat-eye styles.

The SMART Technology Pedicure uses a pedicure machine and exfoliating disks, includes cuticle work and a scented candle oil foot treatment, and is finished with gel polish that the salon says lasts about 6 weeks. Quick repairs and removals are also available. Under the Free Fix policy, any service can receive a free 35-minute adjustment appointment within 7 days of the original visit.
