Facials are the main menu. Options run from a 40-minute youth facial for clients 15 and under to a 50-minute custom facial that includes skin analysis, cleanse, steam, exfoliation, extractions, a mask, an upper body massage, serum and moisturizer. Other facials include organic treatments with Eminence Organic products, an acne facial with high frequency and a low-grade peel, an LED facial, an enzyme facial, a crystal microdermabrasion resurfacing facial, dermaplaning, an Oxygen Rx facial by Circadia, a Dr Dennis Gross facial and Hydrafacial treatments starting at $240. Add-ons such as high frequency, extractions, enzyme, peel, microdermabrasion and dermaplaning can be combined with most facials.

Booking is by appointment only, made by text through the texting service linked on the site. The business has no receptionist, and walking in without an appointment is not how to visit. Hours are 8am to 9pm, seven days a week. Listed prices are cash prices; card prices can be higher, such as $149.34 by card for the custom facial. A credit card is required to book every service, including services paid with a gift card. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice. Later cancellations are charged half the scheduled service, and missed appointments without notice are charged in full. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be charged in full if there is not enough time left for the service. Automated reminders go out 48 and 24 hours ahead and cannot be used to cancel. Microblading bookings require a deposit, and cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Gift certificates can be bought online through the booking link and presented at the appointment.

Brow and lash services include shaping by tweezing or waxing, brow henna, brow lamination and a lash lift. Waxing covers the face and body, with full body waxing offered for women and partial body waxing for men. Makeup services include application with or without lashes, makeup lessons and bridal trials. Bridal makeup is priced by date, time and location rather than the in-house prices, and inquiries are made by email; the business will travel on site if requested. Spray tans come in three options, including an overnight solution and an organic paraben-free, vegan-friendly solution. The business also says staff work as massage therapists, assisting with relief from symptoms or injuries.
