The business operates two locations. The Beauty Clarendon, in Arlington, Virginia, opened in 2019, and the salon describes it as among the first Ukrainian beauty studios in the DC area. The Beauty NYC followed in New York in 2022. Between the two sites, more than 20 artists see over 5,000 clients annually.

Brow appointments begin with a consultation on natural shape and the face, and the plan is reviewed with the client before work starts. Lash appointments usually run 90 to 120 minutes and begin with a consultation and a cleanse of the natural lashes before application. Nail appointments usually run 60 to 90 minutes and start with a consultation, then prep and service.

Quoted prices are, according to the salon, the prices clients pay, with no upsells or added fees at checkout. The salon states there is no junior pricing, so every technician works to the same standard. Strict sterilization protocols are followed, and phones are not used at the table during services.
