The salon is located in Suite 214 at 1235 W Chestnut St in Union, New Jersey. Its menu covers hair, makeup, nails, spray tans, and bridal and special event work. The salon describes its services as high-quality and its setting as welcoming and luxurious.

On the hair side, color options range from a full color and roots-only service to full highlights, partial and full balayage, and a face frame highlight that brightens the front hairline. Gloss services can be booked alone or with a blowout and cut. Blowout options include a signature blowout, a bombshell blowout, and a blowout with curls, plus a signature blowout for clients who already have tape-ins, wefts or K-tips installed. A Brazilian blowout and a signature deep conditioning mask are also offered.

The extension menu includes signature and mini tape-in installs, signature and deluxe weft installs, clip-in add-ons, and ponytail styles with extensions. Tape-in and weft installs require a consultation before booking, and the hair must be purchased through the salon; the install price covers only the installation. Maintenance includes a signature social reset, recommended every four to six weeks, and a deluxe reset for multiple rows or grown-out installs, recommended every six to eight weeks. Clients with clip-in extensions are asked to wash them with shampoo only and dry them before the appointment.

Makeup and bridal work include soft and full glam, event makeup, Halloween makeup, and bridal and bridesmaid makeup, offered in the salon or on location. Bridal trials for hair, makeup, or both are available before the wedding day.

Booking deposits are non-refundable and go toward the appointment total. Appointments canceled less than 48 hours ahead forfeit the deposit, and same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit it too. Phone, text or DM bookings are not secured until the deposit is paid within 24 hours. Arrivals after a 10-minute grace period are charged a $15 late fee, and clients more than 15 minutes late may have the appointment canceled. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday, 10 AM to 3 PM.
