The hair menu covers natural hair care, bridal hair, extensions (clip-in, microlink and tape-in), quick-weaves in several styles, sew-ins, wig installs, weave maintenance, ponytails and updos, and custom hand-made wigs. Hair services must be purchased from the stylist, and pricing for them is set during a consultation. Listed prices include a basic quick-weave at $175, a lace closure quick-weave at $200, a frontal quick-weave at $250, a basic sew-in at $225, a lace closure sew-in at $250 and a frontal sew-in at $275. The makeup menu includes bridal makeup, makeup for bridesmaids, junior bridesmaids, maids and matrons of honor, and mothers, aunts and grandmothers at $120 per person, and a bridal makeup consultation at $150. Bride-only premium packages are offered as a half day of four to five hours at $835 or a full day of seven to eight hours at $1,185. The packages include a consultation, skin preparation, contouring, eye makeup, false lashes, lip makeup, a touch-up kit and the travel fee. The full-day package includes staying for the reception, with food and drinks provided. Add-on styling for hair includes fishtail braids, waves, curls, updos, French rolls and Hollywood curls.

Wedding bookings, including destination weddings, need a 50% non-refundable deposit that goes toward the total, and the balance is due one week before the date. For destination weddings the client covers roundtrip airfare, baggage fees, car service if needed and two to three nights of lodging near the venue, and a daily flat rate of $500 to $800 applies to extra days. Destination bookings require a group of at least six and no more than eight people. Weddings outside greater Atlanta carry a mileage-based travel fee that is set at inquiry.

Appointments are booked through an online scheduling link, and makeup services are booked through thebeautyscenecafe.com. Same-day appointments are not booked online, so clients are asked to call. Clients are asked to arrive on time, and a 10-minute grace period applies if they call to say they are running late. Appointments are cancelled after 15 minutes past the start time, and a $15 late fee applies if the professional agrees to still serve a late client. To cancel or reschedule, clients are asked to call at least 72 hours ahead. Missing or cancelling on the day forfeits the deposit.
