Visits are by appointment. Walk-ins are taken only when the business announces them publicly. Booking means agreeing to the business's terms and conditions, which clients are asked to read first.
Deposits are non-refundable. A client may reschedule once, and the existing deposit moves to the new date. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and same-day appointments can be cancelled with at least 2 hours' notice. Same-day bookings require email confirmation first.
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late without getting in touch are automatically cancelled, and a $15 late fee applies on top of the service price. Extra guests are not permitted at appointments. Payment is accepted by cash, card, or Zelle.
