The team looks at overall health and wellness alongside cosmetic goals. Every client starts with a free consultation to talk through concerns, goals and what they hope to see, and a plan is built from there. Injectable treatments are tailored to each person's facial anatomy and muscle strength rather than dosed by standard area amounts, and charges are based on how much active medication the individual needs.

Laser work begins with a skin assessment at the Franklin clinic to determine whether CO2 or Erbium technology suits the client. CO2 lasers are used for deeper wrinkles, severe sun damage and pronounced acne scars, while Erbium lasers address surface fine lines, mild pigmentation and overall texture. A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand and the device cools the skin during treatment. Recovery involves a few days of flaking while the skin renews, and written aftercare instructions plus medical-grade product suggestions are provided.

Booking requires agreeing to the appointment policies. Changes or cancellations need 48 hours' notice. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling and a cancellation fee: medical and injectable late cancellations run $75 for 15 minutes, $125 for 30 to 59 minutes, and $175 for an hour or more, while skin health fees are $30 for a skin consultation and $75 for other skin services. After three missed or late-cancelled appointments, future services must be prepaid. Children are not allowed in treatment rooms, and pets are not allowed except ADA-compliant service animals. Refunds are not offered on services performed, defective retail products can be exchanged within 14 days, and gift card purchases are non-refundable.
