The business says it builds a customized method for each client around their lifestyle and skin care needs. New clients can begin with a complimentary consultation. The signature facial opens with a one-on-one consultation and skin analysis with an esthetician, and a full facial visit usually runs about 60 to 75 minutes. Botox, Dysport and filler consultations are also complimentary; a 30-minute visit with a nurse injector includes a skin analysis, treatment recommendations and a quote.

Injectables are priced per unit: Botox is $11.99 per unit for non-members and $10.99 for members, and Dysport is $3.99 for non-members and $3.69 for members. Laser hair removal is priced by package for single or multiple areas, and a personal quote requires a consultation. According to the site's FAQ, a single session averages $200 to $400 depending on area and provider rates, and treatment typically takes 6 to 10 sessions spaced four to six weeks apart.

The Advantage Membership starts at $150 per month, and the Advantage+ tier is $250 per month. Members receive 10% off retail and aesthetic services, 15% off laser services, discounted Botox, Dysport and filler, free add-ons with packages, and an annual 365 Advantage consultation. Membership credit rolls over month to month and can be used for services, retail, packages and gift cards. Memberships carry a six-month minimum contract, Arizona sales tax is added, and an account can be frozen for up to 90 days at $10 per month. Treatments can also be paid over time through Cherry, a third-party buy now, pay later service that states no hard credit checks and offers 0% APR options subject to eligibility; its interest-bearing plans state APRs as low as 5.99%, and terms depend on credit and other factors.

Booking is by phone at 623-777-2912 or online, and a credit card is required at booking to hold appointments. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early; a late arrival may be shortened or rescheduled, with a $50 charge. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows carry a $50 fee. Skin care products and spa treatments are non-refundable. Accepted payment includes American Express, MasterCard, Visa, cash and Beauty Method gift cards, but not personal checks, and tips can be paid in cash or through Venmo. Hours are Monday 9am to 3pm, Tuesday through Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday 9am to 1pm on the first and third Saturdays only; closed Sundays.
