The Beauty Loft

The Beauty Loft is a single building that houses a group of independent beauty professionals. Each one runs their own business inside it, so schedules, services and pricing are set individually rather than by the building. The studio is open by appointment only.

The building describes its aim as friendly, personal service, with the goal that guests leave feeling put together, confident and refreshed. New clients first request an appointment and receive a session recommendation before booking online. Color and highlight clients also fill in a digital consultation form within 24 hours, or the request is declined. Returning clients can take an online hair quiz and receive service recommendations by email within a day.

The most-requested services are root touch-ups for grey coverage or regular color every four to eight weeks when regrowth is under an inch, and partial highlights or dimensional color for guests who refresh every six to twelve weeks. Cut & Style covers reshaping a haircut or trimming ends. Each of these visits includes a shampoo and blow dry style. Prices listed on the services pages are subject to change.

A no-show without notice is charged 100%. Arriving 10 minutes or more late may lead to a request to reschedule, which is treated as a late cancellation. Services and retail products bought from the salon are guaranteed, with service concerns raised within 7 days of the appointment. The salon does not give refunds, but retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if no more than half has been used.
