Visits are booked by appointment only, and walk-ins are not taken. Clients can book through the SquareUp app or by texting the studio's phone number. Booking outside a stylist's off hours carries an extra $10 fee. A full set takes about two hours because it includes a consultation, and lash lifts take between 45 minutes and 1 hour 15 minutes.

The team's approach starts with listening to what each client wants and building a look to suit it. The studio says its artists have trained through several curriculums and keep pursuing education, certifications and advanced training.

Clients are asked to arrive on time or five minutes early, as a 15-minute grace period applies before a 50% charge and rescheduling. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to book and is applied to the service total. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Clients should wash the eye area on arrival, or a lash bath is added before the service. Extra people, children and animals are not allowed during appointments. Credit card payments carry a 3% fee, and cash is the only tipping method. Clients who are unhappy with a service can contact the studio within 48 hours to receive a complimentary correction.
