The Beauty Lair grew out of lead artist Samantha Schmidt's plan to build a studio around microblading, and brow work is still at its center. The studio sits at 14073 Main Street, inside Tattoo Image.

The studio aims to make clients' beauty routines simpler and to help them feel more confident. The space is designed to be comfortable and fun. Beyond brows, the menu includes lip blush and lip color neutralization, soft eyeliner tattoos, tattooed freckles, tooth gems, brow lamination and tint, areola tattooing, and newer tiny tattoos of minimal fine lines.

Before microblading or nano brows, clients have a virtual consultation, and in-person consultations are available on request. Some services are pre-numbed, while tiny tattoos are not numbed. Deposits are $100 for most cosmetic tattoo services and $50 for freckles and saline removal. Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. No-shows, cancellations within 48 hours, and arrivals more than 20 minutes late forfeit the deposit and require a new booking with an added fee. Clients with dark or saturated previous permanent makeup are not candidates for brow tattooing. Each client may bring one guest who is 18 or older, though space is limited, and children are not allowed under San Bernardino County regulations.

Brow aftercare involves wiping the brows with provided wipes every hour for the first four hours, then washing and applying ointment morning and night for about a week. The studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 1:30 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 1:30 PM, and is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday.

The studio focuses on making beauty routines easier and on building clients' confidence. Consultations come before the most detailed brow work so that each design suits the client.
