Silk presses are the core of the menu, offered for fine and thick hair and paired with options such as demi-permanent color, steam treatments, haircuts, hair rinses and relaxer retouches. Roller sets, flexi rod sets, pixie styles and wash-and-go styling make up the rest of the styling side.

For longer-lasting smoothing, the studio offers root smoothing, a heat-activated amino acid treatment that the listing says can last up to 12 weeks, an Amika Pro frizz-fighting treatment that lasts 6 to 7 weeks, and a Brazilian blowout with an adjustable amount of curl kept in the hair. Twists, updos, quick weaves, partial sew-ins and K-tip and microlink extensions are also available. Quick weave and K-tip extensions do not include hair, and partial sew-ins require clients to buy hair through the business.

Clients must cancel at least 48 hours ahead. A 30% fee applies to no-shows and late cancellations. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. Braids are not done here; a braid prep service covers shampoo, deep conditioning, steam and blow-dry. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 8 AM to 7:30 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM, with the studio closed on Sundays and Mondays.
