The business was created by Gigi, its owner and esthetician. Brow services include brow tints, brow waxing, brow lamination, and combined brow packages with lamination, waxing or tinting.

Facials range from the Intro Facial, designed for first-time facial clients, which includes a skin consultation, double cleanse, customized mask, facial massage and personalized home care suggestions, to the Custom Facial, which begins with a skin analysis. Other options include the Dermaplane Glow Facial, the longer HQ Luxe Facial with LED light therapy and extended massage, an Express Dermaplane, a Corrective Acne Facial and a Chemical Peel Treatment. Facial Friday sessions are offered at a reduced price on Fridays only. Facials include professional finishing products and SPF.

Multi-session programs and memberships are available. The Acne Bootcamp includes six chemical peels booked six weeks apart along with a customized skincare routine. The Lift & Glow package includes three anti-aging peel sessions, and the Lash Pass membership includes monthly lash fill appointments, lash bath refills and mini tune-ups. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked through the services page.

Beyond client services, the business offers training for lash extensions, lash lift and tint, brow lamination map and tint, and a facial refresher course for estheticians. The EsthiPass program provides monthly mentorship for estheticians, either virtually or with an in-person demo day at the salon each month.

The salon is open Monday from 11 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday through Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 11 AM to 6 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for lateness, a $10 late fee applies after that, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a cancellation. Cancellations and no-shows within 48 hours carry a 50% fee, and rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours ahead. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment.

Beyond client appointments, the business also trains other professionals, offering courses for lash and brow techniques and monthly mentorship for estheticians.
