Its main service is customized eyelash extensions, ranging from soft, natural-looking sets to full, dramatic ones, and it also offers waxing.

Full sets are $160 and usually take two hours or more. A lash bath is included before service, and clients are asked to arrive with a bare, clean face with no eye makeup. A $25 deposit is required to book.

Fill-ins cost $80 and should be booked two to three weeks after the last appointment, with at least half of existing lashes still in place. Clients with under half remaining are asked to rebook for a full set, and a cancellation fee applies. Lash add-ons are $25 each and add about five minutes or more to a visit.

Removal of the artist's own work is booked as existing-client removal, and removal of another technician's lashes is booked separately. The lash artist does not work over other technicians' lashes. Wax service costs $20 and takes about 30 minutes or more. Questions about a particular style with reference photos are handled by message before booking.

Each set is shaped around the client's eye shape and personal style.
