A visit usually starts with a hair and scalp evaluation, a one-hour appointment that begins with a questionnaire completed before the visit. It includes a microscopic look at the scalp and follicles and a conversation about lifestyle, nutrition and daily haircare routine. The $200 evaluation fee is credited toward a Core or Advanced plan, or toward a Replica Scalp system bought the same day.

Replica Scalp is a semi-permanent, non-surgical hair replacement system with an ultra-thin base, attached with a medical-grade bio-adhesive. It can be worn while sleeping, showering and exercising, and it does not require shaving existing hair. Every fitting includes a patch test to check for sensitivity to the adhesive. Replica Scalp maintenance visits are scheduled every 4 to 6 weeks.

Extension options include K-Tips, individually bonded and fully customizable strands suited to finer hair; V-Light bonds for sparse areas at the front, temples, crown or nape; and beaded weft packages made with ethically sourced human remy hair, including installation, custom shaping to blend and styling.

Hours are Mondays 10am to 7pm, Tuesdays 9am to 2pm, and every other Wednesday 2pm to 8pm. Online booking opens on the 1st of each month for the current and following month, and a waitlist is available for openings. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours notice, and less notice incurs a 25% rebooking fee of all services booked. Clients who are sick are asked not to attend.

Grounded in the science of hair and scalp health, with an emphasis on examining current hair loss, scalp condition and existing hair, and on teaching clients how to care for their own hair and scalp.
