Hours run Tuesday through Saturday, with Tuesday and Wednesday starting at 10:00 am, Thursday starting at 12:30 pm, Friday closing at 2:00 pm, and Saturday open from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. The studio is closed on Mondays and Sundays.

The menu includes Age-Defy Microneedling, which creates small channels in the skin to support collagen and help growth-factor serums absorb. The visit covers cleansing, dermaplaning, a numbing application, microneedling, a soothing mask, and LED therapy, with optional add-ons for the neck and decollete. ProCell Microchanneling creates microchannels with little to no downtime, followed by a growth-factor serum and usually repeated every three to four weeks.

Facials range from a 30-minute Glow Plane with dermaplaning and LED to a 70-minute Ultimate H2O Glow Facial that uses a patented vortex device to exfoliate, extract and hydrate before red LED. The Youthful Glow Facial is a 60-minute customized facial with dermaplaning, extractions, and a face, neck, hand and scalp massage. The Confident Skin facial is a customizable option for acne, open to teens 14 and older and adults. Skin Strategy Consultation is a 45-minute conversation about skin concerns and goals for $50, and that fee is deducted from a later service.

Peels include the Green Sea Peel, a resurfacing treatment that uses marine spicules instead of traditional acids, the acid-based Pure Peel System, and the cream-based GetGlowing Micro-Peel, which uses resorcinol, kojic acid and salicylic acid. The studio suggests a series of six GetGlowing Micro-Peels spaced two to six weeks apart. Skin Classic is a non-laser, high-frequency option for minor skin irregularities such as broken capillaries, cherry angiomas, skin tags and milia; it is not offered for melasma and is not combined with dermaplaning or other exfoliation. Moles are referred to a dermatologist.

Appointments require a credit card on file. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice or a fee of $25 or 50% of the services, whichever is greater, applies, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Package pricing gives 15% off a series of three and 20% off a series of six of the same service. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $50, $75, $100, $200, or custom amounts.
