Services cover color, cutting and hair extensions, along with conditioning treatments, styling and add-ons. Color ranges from glosses and mini highlights to full color, balayage, full highlights and bleach work, and many of the color services list their timing and what is included, such as toner. Conditioning treatments come in several strengths, including a hyaluronic acid option, a keratin and protein option with heat, and a Diamond treatment that the salon describes as anti-aging.
Extension work includes beaded wefts, individually placed k-tips, infinity wefts and hybrid installs that combine wefts and k-tips. Extension hair is bought separately through Bellami Professional and quoted at the consultation based on length, color and amount. Infinity weft installs are followed by move-ups every four to six weeks, with one or two possible between reinstalls. Maintenance options include weekly washes and K-tip removal.
New guests can book any service that fits their goals. The first appointment includes a talk about goals, timing and what is realistic for the hair, and new guests get an email before the visit with parking details and what to bring. The salon also offers a 1 Year Journey Map, a long-term plan covering hair goals, maintenance and lifestyle. Appointments are booked online. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice carry a $25 fee per service, and a missed appointment without notice is charged its full cost. Haircut and color adjustments are offered for 7 days after service, and color longevity is guaranteed only when aftercare products were bought at the salon.
The salon customizes color with formulas made for each guest rather than one standard mix, aims to avoid over-processing, and builds extensions to suit each guest's length, density and method.
