Clients book at 104 Fifth Ave in Pelham, NY 10803, by phone or text at 914-885-6858. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00am to 5:00pm, and Friday and Saturday from 10:00am to 7:00pm. Parking is limited, so arriving a little early is advised.

Every appointment requires a deposit, and a slot cannot be held without one. Deposits can be paid by Zelle, PayPal, or credit or debit card, and they are non-refundable and cannot be applied to a reschedule. Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead forfeits the deposit. Same-day cancellations carry a 15% service charge, and a no-call, no-show carries a 30% charge. Clients must read the policies before booking.

Final payments can be made in cash, by credit card, or by debit card, with a 3.5% charge on card payments. Appointments booked on the same day or after hours are treated as squeeze-ins. Arriving 15 minutes or more late may lead to cancellation or moving the visit to a later date.

Microblading and ombre or powder brow work normally needs more than one session. The studio recommends a touch-up 6 to 8 weeks after a brow appointment for the best result. Clients may wear makeup to brow visits but should keep the brow area clean. For lash visits, makeup, mascara, eyeliner and eyeshadow should be left off. Lashes not applied by the studio carry a $15 removal fee.
