The Beauty Artisans Studio

The studio is a membership-based space where beauty professionals rent studio time. Stations are furnished and essential equipment is shared among members. Artists manage their own clients, services and payments and keep all of their earnings, with no commission split taken.

Studio time is booked online up to 45 days ahead in blocks of 1, 2, 4 or 8 hours. Memberships run month to month with no long-term commitment. The Flex tier includes 20 studio hours a month with weekday access, Core includes 40 hours with limited weekend availability, and Elite includes 60 hours with priority weekend availability. Unused hours do not carry over, and tiers can be changed as an artist's schedule shifts. Membership covers studio access only, not client appointments.

Spaces include Beauty Beds, which are electric reclining beds, Style Stations, which are upright reclining chairs, and the semi-private Aura Suite. Access is subject to availability and fair-use rules, and the studio runs periodic booking audits and may remove bookings that break them. The studio is not set up for hair professionals.

The studio also runs model calls, where studio models receive complimentary or discounted services in exchange for their time. Calls are open to all genders, and youth may attend with a parent or guardian. Requests go on a waitlist, and people are contacted directly when an opportunity comes up.
