Every visit can begin with a one-on-one consultation, which is free and takes about 20 minutes, so the service can be chosen before anything is booked. Consultations are also the place to ask which option suits a client's hair.

Color work ranges from base color, regrowth and gray coverage starting at $100, to all-over color from $120, a short haircut with grey coverage for $120, color with lightener from $220, full highlights from $280 and color correction from $350. Haircuts include a classic cut without a blow out for hair under four inches at $45, a precision short cut from $60 and a precision medium or long cut from $80, priced by length and style. Shampoo and blow dry starts at $50, and a smoothing treatment starts at $150.

Extension services include tape-in installs at $250, which use medical-grade adhesive and can last four to eight weeks, and weft installs starting at $250 per row using the hidden bead method with two wefts per row. Weft hair extensions start at $270, and extension maintenance is $100 but does not apply to tape-in extensions. Hair replacement systems are offered as a single toupee system at $500 or as Silver, Premiere and VIP packages with scheduled maintenance.

Booking has a few set terms. The salon is open Monday and Tuesday from 9 AM to 12 PM and Friday through Sunday from 12 PM to 7 PM, and it is closed Wednesday and Thursday. Deposits range from $10 to $250 depending on the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Clients who need to change plans should tell the stylist as soon as possible. A last-minute cancellation within one hour of the appointment carries a charge of 20% of the service, and other cancellations are assessed case by case. House calls are available for a travel fee starting at $75.
