The Beaute Co-op was founded by Morgan Gunter, a lash artist, who set up the space as a community for beauty professionals. Instead of one salon with a single team, it houses several independent practitioners, each running their own work from their own station.
The suite brings together nail, brow, skin, lash and waxing specialists in one building, so clients can book with different professionals across several services. Visits are by appointment only, and the reception area is styled with clients in mind.
On-site parking is available in the lot beside the building, directly underneath it, or in front of the entrance. The space is bright, with natural light throughout.
The suite also rents space to beauty professionals. Suite spaces come with WiFi, weekly cleaning and utilities, and those interested can call or text (571) 732-1111.
Independent professionals collaborate under one roof, referring clients to each other rather than competing for them.
