Services are grouped into three areas. Nail Enhancements covers acrylic sets and fills, Gel X tip-based sets, and hard gel overlays, fills and structured manicure sets. Natural Nail Treatments covers three levels of manicure, and Spa Pedicures covers three levels of pedicure, each adding steps such as soaks, scrubs, massage and wraps.

Acrylic sets come in small, medium, large and extra-large sizes, shaped as coffin, stiletto, square, round, almond or squoval. Hard gel work is done with Luminary polish.

Manicures and pedicures run from about 30 minutes for the classic service to 85 minutes for the luxury pedicure. Deluxe and luxury levels add a honey sugar scrub, hot towel wraps, hot stones, or paraffin wax, and spa pedicures use eucalyptus infused hot water.

The salon offers discounts for seniors, military and government personnel (15% off), first responders, medical professionals and students (10% off). It also offers a 10% birthday discount that can be used only on the customer's birthday and can be combined with other offers.
