The salon uses products it describes as less-toxic, cruelty-free and vegan, made in the USA or Japan. It states that its products are free of dibutyl phthalate, toluene, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin and camphor, and it offers TPO-free options. The salon also says it does not give off the same odors as a typical nail salon.

Manicures come in three levels. A basic manicure covers nail and cuticle care, trim and shape, cuticle work, buffing and polish or a shine buff for $30. The deluxe version adds a five-minute massage and a hot towel for $40, and the signature version adds a ten-minute massage, hot towel, scrub and mask for $50. Pedicures follow the same pattern, with a basic pedicure at $40 and a signature pedicure at $65, and gel polish can be added to either.

Enhancement services include gel manicures and pedicures, dip powder, hard gel, poly gel, Gel Builder, Bio Sculpture Gel, and Gel-X and gel extensions in several lengths. Nail art options include French tips, chrome and cat eye effects, ombre, charms and single 3D nail art. Removal of gel, dip, acrylic and enhancements is priced separately depending on whether a nail service is booked.

Other services include callus removal, an EcoFin treatment for dry and cracked skin, and a 24K gold pedicure. The waxing menu covers the face and body, from chin and lip to full leg and full bikini line. Children 10 and under can book a kids manicure, pedicure or a combined mani and pedi.
