A visit starts with a conversation about what you need. Clients can ask for a different position, extra explanation or a quiet appointment. Before waxing, clients are asked to share any medications, retinoids, skin sensitivities or recent skin treatments, and to arrive clean in loose clothing without shaving or trimming beforehand. If you are unsure which service to book, you can contact the studio first.
First-time Brazilian clients, and anyone returning after a long break, can book New Wax Besties Start Here at $70 for 30 minutes. That visit includes a consultation, skin preparation, a complete Brazilian wax, aftercare guidance and an aftercare kit. Returning clients can add underarms or full legs to a Brazilian, or add a full butt wax to a bikini, at set combined prices.
Returning Wax Besties can also choose a membership or package. Committed to Bare is a six-visit membership at $80, and Forever Bare is a twelve-visit membership at $160. The Bare Bestie Trio is three Brazilian waxes for $165, to be used within four months. The Committed to Bare package is six Brazilian waxes for $320, to be used within seven months. Memberships and packages are for returning Wax Besties only, include a butt strip, and credits apply automatically when booked as usual.
Deposits are $15 for most services and $10 for bikini line, underarm and some new-client bookings. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, incur a fee of 50% of the service total. Clients more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the 50% late-cancellation fee may apply. Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future visits. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The studio is open Monday 5 PM to 10 PM, Tuesday 9 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM, and Friday and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sundays. Call or text 804-393-0154.
