The barber menu includes skin fades and tapers, traditional cuts with detailed edging and a hot towel neck shave, buzz cuts, neck cleanups between haircuts, and beard grooming with shape-up edging. Straight-razor shaves use hot towels and steam. For more detailed work, the Creative Cut covers specialty styles such as modern mullets, burst fades, razor cuts and hair designs. A facial with a clarifying cleanse, exfoliation, customized masque and hydration, and a scalp exfoliation to clear product buildup and oil, are also offered.

Stylist services include a customized short cut mostly done with shears, a longer precision cut with consultation and blow-dry, bang trims, and blow-dry styling customized to each client's hair. Hot tools styling with a flat iron, curling iron or wand is available. Children's cuts are offered for children 12 and under and for children 10 and under.

Color services include a complimentary consultation for new color clients and for major color transformations unless the change has already been discussed with a hair artist. A strand test checks hair condition and lifting potential, and its $30 fee is applied toward the color service. Options include all-over single-process color, root retouch for new growth or grey coverage, a low-maintenance grey blend, bleach and toner, highlights, and high-contrast color blocking. Perms are offered for curl, wave and texture, and a consultation may be recommended. The Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment is priced by hair length, density and product needed; according to the salon, its results last up to 12 weeks.

Booking requires notice. Standard services need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and changes within that window carry a fee of half the affected services. Chemical services need a 25% nonrefundable deposit applied to the total, at least 48 hours' notice for changes, and one deposit transfer to a rescheduled appointment. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full scheduled total, and the salon may make exceptions at its discretion.
