Haircuts are offered for new clients, with a longer appointment that includes a consultation, wash and style, and for returning clients on a shorter schedule. Either haircut can add an extra option for thick or long hair. Fringe trims, called Bangs & Bits, are for current clients keeping bangs maintained every 8 to 10 weeks, and bangs should arrive clean and dry. A wash and style is available on its own, and a $15 treatment adds a pre-wash scalp scrub, a hydration mask and a shine treatment with a long head massage.

Any new color service requires a consultation first, which can be done in person or online, and new clients can book a short consultation on its own. Services range from a gloss refresh that adjusts brassy or washed-out tone, to a colormelt refresh and a root retouch, to all-over color. Custom highlight services called The Mini, The Half and The Full each include root smudge, gloss, a K18 treatment and styling, with a color consultation form to complete before the appointment. Creative color and placement, which covers color blocking, split dyes, corrective and vivid work, is charged hourly with a $100 deposit and a 270-minute booking. Add-ons offer extra product for color services or extra color, lightener or toner.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Deposits are non-refundable, but an appointment can be moved outside the 24-hour window and the deposit carries over. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment, and no-shows, are charged the full service to the card on file, and no-shows are barred from booking again. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Every new color service begins with a consultation, which can be held in person or online, before it is booked.
