Lash work is organized by style: natural, classic, hybrid or light volume, volume, mega volume, and a custom set the studio calls its Bajan Winkss signature. Full lash sets take roughly 105 minutes or more and fills roughly 90 minutes or more, and appointments typically run two to three hours depending on how full the set is.

Nail services include polish changes, fill-ins and full sets, Gel X sets, a Bajan Winkss Freestyle set with unlimited bling, designs and charms, and inspiration or recreation sets that copy another technician's finished work. Builder gel pedicures include a full soak, sugar scrub, massage and gel polish, and toe sets are offered separately. Kids' appointments are for natural nails only, with no enhancements, and use builder gel and regular gel; clients can ask to skip builder gel.

Booking is handled in advance. Appointments must be made at least 30 hours ahead, with a $20 non-refundable retainer that goes toward the total plus a processing fee. Same-day and after-hours visits are arranged by text and may carry a $35 squeeze-in fee. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice, and late arrivals get a 10-minute grace period before a $20 late fee applies; anyone more than 15 minutes late is canceled and loses the deposit.

Hours are 8:30 AM to 12 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 4 PM to 12 AM on Wednesday, and 8:30 AM to 6 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Doors open at the appointment start time, so early arrival is not permitted. Payment is due upfront and can be made in exact cash, by credit or debit card, or by tap to pay, with a 3.5% processing fee on card transactions. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and extra guests are only allowed when agreed in advance.

Services are scheduled around firm booking, deposit and timing rules, and clients are asked to arrive with clean, bare nails or oil-free lashes. Problems with a service can be reported within 72 hours, and lash fixes in that window are free.
