The facial menu includes the Epicutis Glow Up, which begins with a double cleanse and a choice of microdermabrasion or dermaplaning, then a lipid serum and recovery mask, and finishes with 20 minutes under LightStim LED light. The Bespoke Facial is tailored after an assessment of skin type, condition, and goals, and may include exfoliation, extractions, masks, serums, and LED. HydraFacial uses a medical-grade hydradermabrasion device with Vortex Fusion technology to cleanse, clear out impurities, and hydrate. Chemical peel options include the VI Peel, a 45-minute treatment with a blend of TCA, Retin-A, salicylic acid, phenol, and vitamin C aimed at hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, fine lines, texture, and sun damage, and BioRePeel, a 45-minute treatment typically given as a series of four.

Resurfacing options run from the 1540 non-ablative fractional laser, which addresses fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, and sun damage on the face, neck, and chest, to the ablative fractional CO2 laser for deeper wrinkles, acne scars, uneven pigmentation, and sun damage. The 2940 erbium laser peel targets wrinkles, acne scars, and sun damage on the face, neck, chest, and hands, and the IPL photo facial addresses brown spots, spider veins, sun damage, fine lines, and acne scars. Laser hair removal is available for legs, arms, underarms, the bikini line, and other body areas, usually over several sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. Collagen induction therapy microneedling is offered for the face, neck, and chest.

Injectable services include Botox for crow's feet, forehead lines, and frown lines, given by a trained healthcare provider. The Juvederm line of hyaluronic acid fillers is available in several formulas for lips, nasolabial and marionette lines, cheek volume, and jawline definition, along with Skinvive by Juvederm for skin smoothness in the cheek area and Kybella for moderate to severe fat under the chin.

The Key Club membership costs $200 a month with a $77 initiation fee. Members receive 10% off services and products, complimentary LightStim ProPanel light therapy with a booked service, access to community events, and a $150 credit toward a facial or laser treatment at the one-year anniversary. Monthly fees are charged automatically on the enrollment date and are non-refundable, but they accumulate as credit that does not expire. Memberships can be frozen for up to three months with 30 days written notice, and accounts with no activity for 12 months are paused with credit kept on file. Benefits and credit are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prices may change at any time, and the business may modify or end the program with notice.
