Clients can book box braids and knotless braids, along with feeder braids, braid maintenance, natural styles, and weaves.

Booking runs through Acuity, and the calendar opens monthly. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment and is applied toward the cost of the service. Deposits can be paid through Acuity and must be made before a time is held. A canceled appointment requires a new deposit, and deposits cannot be moved to a different appointment.

Braid services have their own preparation rules. Hair must be shampooed and blow-dried before the visit, for both adults and children, and hair should be at least 4 inches long. Braiding hair is recommended. If hair arrives uncleaned, the appointment must be rebooked with a new deposit. Shampooing is included with other services, but for braid services it is an add-on.

Visits run on a fixed schedule. Clients have a 10-minute grace period; arriving later incurs a $15 late fee, and appointments are canceled after 10 minutes. Last-minute squeeze-in appointments carry a $50 fee plus the price of the chosen style. A $15 fee applies when hair needs to be detangled. Style changes are not allowed on the day of the appointment, and styles are final once the client leaves. Children may not stay in the salon during appointments unless they are being serviced.

Final payment is cash only. Apple Pay and Cash App are accepted with a $3 fee. Business hours are Tuesday through Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 6:30am to 4pm, and Sunday on an occasional basis, 6:30am to 2:30pm.
