Most services are booked as Sessions, which are packages that the salon says include everything needed for that visit. Most Sessions begin with a relaxing shampoo and end with a customized haircut and a finishing style. A Haircut session adds a hot towel wrap with essential oils and a style the client can recreate at home. Color Sessions range from root touch-ups and mini blonding to partial and full highlights, partial and full balayage, and a full color transformation.

For colour upkeep, the salon advises a full balayage somewhere between once and three times annually, with a partial balayage or mini blonding filling the gaps. Partial highlights are suggested every eight to twelve weeks between full blonding appointments.

Hair extensions are priced after a consultation and come with a customized installation plan. Extensions must be 100% human hair and be approved before they are applied. Current extension clients can book move-up appointments at reduced maintenance pricing by row count. Clients who only need a clip-in or halo extension applied must supply their own extensions, though rentals are available on request.

The bridal offering covers the couple and their wedding party. Bridal Hair and Makeup is priced after a consultation, starts with a preview appointment, and is done at the client's getting-ready location. The Bride Wedding Day package is $300 and includes hair and makeup, veil and accessory placement, a bridal touch-up kit, and touch-ups. Bridesmaid, mother, grandmother, and guest hair and makeup are $125 each, and flower girl hair and makeup are $50 each. A wedding date is held with a signed proposal and a 50% retainer.

Hair service prices are fixed regardless of thickness, length, or the style chosen. Extra charges apply for travel ($1.50 per mile with 20 miles roundtrip included), an additional artist for parties over six including the bride ($150), and bookings on a major holiday ($100 per stylist). The salon is open Sunday through Saturday from 9am to 7pm, and contact form inquiries receive a response within 48 hours.
