The studio is at suite 402 in a building on Summit Ridge Parkway in Duluth. It is open Thursday and Friday afternoons and Saturday morning, and closed Sunday through Wednesday.
Services are grouped under Brows and Face waxing. Brow work includes threading, waxing, tinting and lamination, and several of these can be combined into one visit, such as lamination with threading and tint. Face waxing covers sideburns, a full face without brow shaping, or a full face with brow shaping.
Each appointment requires a deposit, which is non-refundable but goes toward the service total once the visit is completed. Clients are asked to text their stylist when they arrive, and to wait in the building's waiting areas until they are notified to enter the studio. Chemical services require a signed waiver.
Changes are handled with a 24-hour notice window: cancelling or rescheduling later than that forfeits the current deposit and requires a new one. One reschedule is allowed on the existing deposit. No-shows are charged the full service price, and repeated no-shows may affect future bookings. Payments are accepted on the site.
