Cutting services range from kids' cuts for ages 1 to 12 and young adult cuts for ages 12 to 17 to women's dry cuts and precision haircuts in short and long lengths, men's haircuts, and updos and formal styling. Color work covers all-over color, gray blending, root touch-ups, toner, bleach retouches, highlights, balayage and ombre, babylights, and color correction.

Treatments include keratin smoothing, a Brazilian blowout described as a semi-permanent straightening treatment, and a deep conditioning add-on with an essential oil hot towel wrap and scalp massage. Blowouts are offered singly or as a four-pack. Hair extensions are available as tape-in, K-tip and weft installations, preceded by a no-charge consultation to check suitability and settle type, length and color before custom hair is ordered. Tinsel application is also offered.

Business hours are Tuesday 8:30 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 3:30 PM, Friday 8:30 AM to 3 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 1:30 PM, with Sunday and Monday closed. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are offered. Clients who miss an appointment are charged a 40% no-show fee, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid it. No refunds are given for services rendered.
