Systems are typically maintained every two to four weeks. A patch test is required before installation to check for reactions to adhesives or products. Clients may bring one guest to a consultation but are asked to come to installation appointments alone, and photos and videos are not allowed during services. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice or a $25 rebooking fee applies. Late arrivals get a 20-minute grace period, and later arrivals may be treated as no-shows and need a $25 deposit to rebook. All sales are final, with no refunds, exchanges or transfers. Cut-in clients can request minor blending or shaping within 7 days of the appointment.

Veterans who qualify receive hair replacement services at no cost after a verification and approval process. Clients with medical hair loss may qualify for insurance coverage, and the studio helps with the paperwork.
