A visit begins with a one-on-one consultation that is used to build a custom treatment plan. Plans pair in-office treatments with at-home skincare routines, and clients receive pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions.

The HydroFacial is a multi-step facial that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts impurities and hydrates the skin. Each treatment is customized with boosters and serums, and areas treated include the face, neck and décolletage, with optional lip and under-eye enhancements. The spa recommends monthly sessions and says results can last up to four weeks depending on the client's routine and lifestyle. Clients are asked to avoid harsh exfoliants, AHAs, BHAs and retinols for 48 hours beforehand, heavy makeup for at least 24 hours afterward, and intense workouts and heat such as saunas and steam for 24 to 48 hours after.

Laser hair removal is performed with FDA-cleared laser devices and covers areas from the face and underarms to the legs, back and beard shaping. Most clients complete six to eight sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, and the spa advises SPF 30 or higher on treated skin afterward. Shaving is encouraged between sessions, while waxing and plucking are not.

Health and wellness services include bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and medical weight loss peptide therapy, with personalized plans. The spa also offers financing through Cherry, which lets clients split payments into monthly installments, and a rewards program.

Each client starts with a one-on-one consultation, and plans combine in-office treatments with at-home skincare.
