Lash extensions are organized by style, from classic and hybrid to volume, wet set, angel lashes and mega volume. Full sets take about two hours. Refills are booked on a timing window that depends on the interval: 1 to 9 days after the last appointment for a one-week fill, 10 to 18 days for a two-week fill, and 19 to 26 days for a three-week fill. Clients whose lashes were done by another technician can book a foreign fill, priced by style.
Lash lifts come as a standard lift, a Korean lift, or either with a tint, and each takes roughly an hour to an hour and a quarter. Brow glossing is aimed at brows whose hairs grow in different directions and is meant to give a uniform, fuller shape; it is offered as a promotional price alone or with tint.
Makeup lessons run about an hour and three quarters and can be held in person or virtually by FaceTime. Before a lesson, clients send a photo of the look they want along with their current makeup collection and supplies.
The studio's policies cover several points. Refunds are not given, but if there is a problem with lashes the studio will work with the client to resolve it. Clients who experience extreme shedding should report it within three days of the appointment, and any fix must be completed within three days. Additional guests are not permitted at appointments. Clients can also refer a friend for 10 percent off one full-price service, which applies to both people. The salon's site shows customer reviews it describes as rated 5.0 on Google, Yelp and Facebook.
The studio is organized around clearly defined lash styles, timed refill windows and a makeup lesson format built on each client's own supplies.
