Treatment plans are built around each client's individual needs.

Facials range from quick dermaplaning to hydrofacials, a Cryo Globe ice facial and a lymphatic facial, and many facial and dermaplane treatments include Celluma therapy. Peels include a multi-acid Clear Peel and the VI Peel Plus, and microneedling is available for the face and body.

Acne care has its own track. Face Reality acne treatments are booked only through the medical aesthetician, by call or text, and Face Reality patients pay a reduced rate for each peel after the first in a series of three. Laser hair removal is priced by area, with full body packages, and the site suggests six to twelve sessions depending on hair type, hormones and skin type.

Appointments require a card on file. Changes need at least 72 hours' notice, with a $50 fee for shorter notice, a $25 late fee after a 10-minute grace period, and a $100 fee for no-shows without notice. Fees are charged to the card on file. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom value and are final sales. Clients can pick up in-clinic products at no charge or have them shipped worldwide.
