Every client starts with a free consultation, offered in person or virtually, and there is no obligation to book treatment afterward. Treatment plans are built around each person's facial anatomy, lifestyle and long-term goals. Pre- and post-treatment instructions for each service are posted on the website, and medical forms and consents are completed through the online booking portal.

Core offerings include Botox, which is priced per unit and used on areas from forehead and frown lines to brows, crow's feet, lips, chin, jawline, neck bands, and for excessive sweating in the armpits, palms and soles. Dermal fillers are used to restore volume and shape the cheeks, nasolabial folds, lips, chin and jawline, and lip filler is described as the practice's most popular treatment. SkinPen microneedling and AQUAGOLD microinfusion are two of the practice's skin treatments, and PRP hair restoration is offered as a series of sessions.
