Spa Adolphus is a hotel day spa covering about 5,000 square feet with six personal treatment rooms, a couple's room with a private terrace, and a relaxation room with a patio overlooking the city. Facial menus include the Botinol Facial, a 50 minute peptide treatment that the hotel says is clinically proven, the Sea C Spa Facial, the Secrets de Sothys Facial, a HydraFacial finished with LED light therapy, and a collagen facial. Massage options include therapeutic, relaxation, prenatal and aromatherapy massage, and reflexology. Manicures and pedicures range from a Gentleman's Pedicure to a 100 minute hand and foot treatment.

Spa visits come with a few practical points. Reservations are recommended because space is limited, and a credit card is required to hold any spa appointment. Guests should arrive 30 minutes early; a late arrival shortens the treatment but the full treatment is still charged. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours notice, and changes made within 24 hours carry a $30 fee. Spa treatments include a 23 percent gratuity. Robes, slippers and draping are provided, and guests are asked to silence phones on arrival. Massages, body treatments and the relaxation and locker areas are for guests 18 and older, with massages and facials open to 16 and 17 year olds accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The barber shop sits in the hotel lobby and is open Tuesday through Saturday by appointment only. It specializes in classic barber cuts and straight-razor shaves, and bookings are made through the link in the business's social media bio. The space offers cold beers, a selection of independent grooming products and a vinyl record collection for guests to listen to. The hotel describes it as a private space designed for men.

The salon menu covers women's cuts, special occasion styles such as curled or pinned-back partial up-dos, blowouts and shampoo and style, with a curl style add-on available. Hair services ask guests to describe hair length and density when booking so enough time can be set aside. Makeup services include bridal application, a standard application, touch-ups and makeup lessons. Packages combine services, such as the Dallas Ready Package for a manicure and pedicure, shampoo and style and makeup application, and a Mother to Be Package with a prenatal massage and deep cleansing facial. Beyond the spa, the hotel hosts wedding ceremonies and receptions and offers tours by booking. Dining includes City Hall Bistro, Otto's Coffee, afternoon tea at The French Room, the Rodeo Bar and The French Room Bar. Commerce Goods + Supply, a retail shop inside the hotel, sells clothing, artisan goods and apothecary items.

Spa treatments are built around named product lines and age-defying facial protocols, with the hotel's own Sothys and Red Flower aromatherapy blends at the center of the menu.
