Lash consultations are offered to new lash clients, and returning clients can book refills and join membership plans for unlimited clusters or hybrid lashes.

The studio also sells hair products and skincare. Hair bundles come in straight, body wave, loose wave, deep wave and tape-in extension styles, and the business carries wigs and closure and frontal pieces. The skincare range includes three named lines plus a steamer and a facial scrubber. Online orders carry a processing fee, require full payment at checkout, and must have matching billing and shipping addresses. Wigs are final sale, and other exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt.

Clients can join a loyalty program that awards points for signing up, for each booked session and for each dollar spent, with points redeemable for discounts on products, bookings and event tickets. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount and expire 12 months after purchase. Children are not permitted in the service area unless they are being serviced, so clients who bring children need to arrange childcare before their appointment.
